Saturday June 8-Sunday July 1: a great month of football awaits Europe

The Euro 2012 football championships takes place this June in Poland and the Ukraine ... it's one of the biggest sporting events in the world (apart from that small event taking place in London in July) and England is surely within a shout of winning this time?

Watching big games together is something that we all like to do - and England's games are a great excuse for you to open your doors to the local community and show games on a big screen, offer hospitality and be a real family-friendly venue. Churches are unique places for showing big games: all the atmosphere, all the cheering, all the action but in a place where all ages are welcome.

It's a brilliant opportunity to enjoy a great game, bring men together and help share the Good News of Jesus Christ in the process.
